We'll prepare your order for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed within 1 business day, but orders placed Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer.

Once shipped, your order will be delivered within an estimated 8 to 12 business days.

Restocking Policy

If your order is returned to us due to one of the following reasons:

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
- Delivery refused or declined by the recipient.
- No response to redelivery attempts offered by the courier.

We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Note: In some cases, couriers may offer a redelivery option. If redelivery is declined or not completed within the timeframe set by the courier, the restocking fee will apply.
